I don't think that people actually read these things, so I don't know why I bothered to build one. Maybe in that off-chance that someone is -laughs- interested in the writer behind all the stories, or wondering why she hasn't been carted off to the mental institute yet (what with all the morbidity and obsession with death, as someone so eloquently pointed out).

I am in my twenties now, a university graduate with a B.Sc. I write fanfiction for fun and originals for fun (albeit a little more seriously with the quality of prose), although it would be awesome to be able to publish something some day. I love urban and dark fantasy, queer fiction, traditional fantasy and Grimm's fairy tales. I recommend the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton, the Dragonlance books by Weis and Hickman, and the werewolf books by Kelley Armstrong. My writing style has evolved over the last few years into something (I am told) is unique and Gothic Romantic, with heavy symbolism. I am actually quite happy with it now, which is the most important thing for a writer, I think. Just to like their own style and be proud of it.

I decided to update my webpage for the first time in about five years. I have been around and writing fanfiction for a while, since I was at least sixteen. I would like to get everything from the "in progress" folder to the "completed" folder, but I don't know how well that is going. I suppose we will see. I have a few Harry Potter fanfictions in the works, and just started a Sailor Moon one a few months ago. I have lots of originals in the works, many ideas but nothing worthy on paper, ug. I think Joss Whedon is a god, and Buffy and Angel are two of the best shows ever. House and Bones are currently what I watch now, as well as Wolverine and the X-men. Marvel is awesome, I just love it.

I am Japanese trapped in a Canadian's body, one day I will go back to Japan and live there forever . . . or, at least for a few years.
